Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be received in writing (mail, fax, or email) no later than Monday, June 25, 2012.
  • For cancellations submitted by June 25, KASA will apply a $30 processing fee to approved refund requests. (This reflects the cost of staff time to process the registration/cancellation and materials prepared and purchased on your behalf.)
  • All approved refunds will be processed after August 1, 2012.
  • Refunds are not granted for cancellations received after June 25 or failure to attend (no shows), late arrival, unattended events or early departure.

Substitutions

  • Substitutions or name changes are permitted for those wishing to be replaced by another representative from the district—individuals registered but unable to attend at the last minute.
  • Written requests for substitutions must be received by Monday, June 25, 2012.  The request must include a completed registration form for the substitute.  After June 25, substitutions will be processed at the on-site registration counter at the Galt House.
  • In addition, the appropriate member or nonmember rate will apply.

*Written cancellation or substitution is required to protect both KASA members and staff from the uncertainty and misunderstandings that may occur as a result of cancellations made by phone during a hectic work period.
